Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain features.
jiliaap accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jiliaap does not accept deposits in foreign currencies or cryptocurrencies.

jiliaap implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and jiliaap cannot guarantee absolute security.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiliaap, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the jiliaap platform.
jiliaap's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliaap account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiliaap does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
jiliaap reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if jiliaap reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
You may request the closure of your jiliaap account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jiliaap from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
jiliaap reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jiliaap will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the jiliaap platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
